Your Right to Delete
You can request deletion of all data FlowDuck holds about you at any time. This includes your account, business profile, connected social accounts (and their stored access tokens), generated content, scheduled posts, analytics data, and chat history.
Delete from Your Account
The fastest way to delete your data is from within FlowDuck:
Disconnect a Single Platform
If you only want to remove the data tied to one social account (e.g., Facebook or Instagram), go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect. We immediately revoke the stored access token and delete the platform-specific profile data.
4. Facebook / Instagram Users
You can also revoke FlowDuck's access directly from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → FlowDuck → Remove. We receive a deauthorization signal and purge the associated tokens.
5. Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backups containing your data are overwritten on a rolling 90-day cycle.
